4 SOLUTIONS THAT MAKE LEASING EASY


1. Asset Management Service (AMS)

The Asset Management Service is a leasing service that offers basic housekeeping, monitoring of utilities and inspection of the unit and its furnishings, thus offering easy and convenient management of leased out units enrolled in AMS underthe Leasing Group.

It is ideal for fully furnished units with tenants looking for short-term rentals of notmore than a year, making it ideal for owners who are abroad.


2. Leasing Services Only (LSO)

This involves the regular leasing or rental of, preferably, bare units to tenants forlong-term rentals, or with assigned Special Power of Attorney (SPA). Usually, this means a stay of over a year. It is available in the same condominiums that offer AMS.

3. Serviced Suites

These involve choice units that are operated by the Leasing Group as “service apartments” with full hotel services, including a staff with concierge functions.The units are pre-selected, furnished, and serviced by the Leasing Group and equipped with the room comforts of a hotel. Naturally, this is for short-staying guests and ideal for daily or weekly use. Currently, the Vista Residences Serviced Suites are available in very premier condominiums located within the Metro Manila’s business and leisure hubs.


4. Condormitels

Condominiums located near educational institutions offer units operated as dormitory-hotels – with options for 2, 3, or 4 occupants. The “dormers” are charged either on a monthly or annual basis. Curfew hours and house rules will be implemented, as well as the unit owners’ own rules. These Condormitels offer services necessary for students: housekeeping, laundry, WIFI connectivity, cable TV, and the like. The units enrolled here are supervised and the students are closer to their schools – providing much comfort to parents.
