Vista Residences celebrates topping off another one of its promising projects, Plumeria Heights.
Hosted at 2128 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila, Vista Residences hosted a topping-off ceremony for their upcoming project, Plumeria Heights, on May 29, 2023. As the drums beat their sound at the entrance of Plumeria Heights, the ceremony started off with a holy mass by Fr. Jason Alde of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, and the project was blessed by him.
Plumeria Heights is Vista’s 11th tower in its university series, towering along 2128 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila. This project was named after Plumeria, Kalachuchi trees that once grew in profusion around Manila. This project will serve the needs and safety of the students and teachers along Taft Avenue while being able to offer a wider portfolio to our investors and the global Filipino.
Mr. Gilbert Yupangco gave a short speech that expressed his appreciation for Plumeria Heights, along with his family, who were also present. Ms. Eda B. Tambologan, Division Head of Vista Residences, gratefully acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the people who are involved in the development of Plumeria Heights as this topping-off ceremony marks one more year till the project is ready for turnover. The excitement of Vista Residences fills the air as they conclude the topping-off event on a lovely sunny morning. To celebrate the milestone of the topping-off ceremony, Ms. Eda B. Tambologan and Man Comm were joined by the architects, engineers, MGS partners, and consultants, and the staff of Vista Residences toasted to the topping off of Plumeria Heights.
The conclusion of the top-off ceremony of Plumeria Heights was filled with stories of dedication and inspiration for the architects, engineers, and MGS, but what truly made the top-off ceremony possible and unforgettable was Vista Residences coming together towards achieving one goal.
Plumeria Heights is a 40-story building towering over Malate, Manila, with studio and one-bedroom units. To complement that, Plumeria Heights has amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, study hall, and even a function room for any occasion. In addition to that, the tower will have a 24-hour guarded lobby and reception area for the safety of its tenants. This new upcoming project of Vista Residences will provide breathtaking panoramas of the city for the global Filipino in Malate, Manila.
