- Establishes and maintains a good business relationship with the existing and potential brokers.
- Responsible for solving all administrative and specialized issues of brokers and clients.
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Administration or its equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Real Estate Broker Relations
- Proficient in all digital platforms, MS office applications and tech savvy
- With good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, flexible and result-oriented
- has a solid network of active real estate brokers
- REB is an advantage but not required
