Vista Residences has recently launched “Investment Lab”, an online web seminar series that aims to use the digital platform as a tool to share knowledge, insights and best practices and educate the public in real estate investment.
Launched last June 20 via the developer’s official Facebook page, the first leg of the series saw Vista Residences team up with realty expert Richard Thaddeus Carvajal, President and CEO of PhilGems Realty Corporation to deliver an hour-long talk on investment opportunities.
Aptly titled “The Millionaire Real Estate Mindset: Mind hacks to building your fortune in the real estate”, Carvajal shared key industry and market reports as well as valuable tips on where you can invest your hard-earned money.
With COVID-19 creating uncertainty across various industries and markets, one of the biggest concerns today is how to continue to grow your finances during this difficult time. Is it still possible to be a millionaire amidst a global crisis?
For Carvajal, given the right tools and knowledge anyone can achieve this financial goal. During the talk, he outlined different investment options to choose from such as bonds, stocks, mutual funds, and real estate.
While all of these have its own pros and cons, according to Carvajal, historically speaking, the property market has shown resilience despite major crises.
Compared to other options such as investing in stocks, real estate has proven to be less volatile and less risky.
