Prosper: Sales Kick-off 2023

Vista Residences concluded the fourth quarter of 2022 by awarding top business partners and First ever Sales Kick-off this 2023 Last January 24, 2023, by hosting an event entitled "Prosper."

Prosper means "grow stronger" or success, and in relation to Chinese New Year, a new and ending chapter of one's life. Vista Residences wants a prosperous and lucky year for every company stakeholder, especially its business partners and networks. Thus, the company started the year and wants to outpour endless opportunities to contribute to the holistic success of the company.

Moreover, the chairman of Vista Land, Mr. Manny B. Villar, was present to inspire and ignite the fire within business partners and networks that 2023 will be a good year for the continuous expansion and opportunities to provide a variety of properties and launches this year. Vista Residences continuously innovates its condominium properties and mission to provide comfort, convenience, and security.

Aside from that, the Metro Manila Marketing Head, Ms. Haydee Gopez, thanked and recognized the business partners who made an effort and supported the company last 2022 and contributed to the unending accomplishments of Vista Residences. She also welcomed the newest Regions Marketing Head, Ms. Aleth Bancoleta, who will handle Baguio, Cebu, CDO, Boracay, and future projects outside the National Capital Region.

This event aims to recognize and reward top-performing business partners who went above and beyond during the fourth quarter of 2022. Additionally, this is to kickstart promos and incentives for the First Quarter of 2023. This is to help offer the best quality condominium in the Philippines.

Of course, this awarding will only be complete with the Top Business Partner who achieved and went beyond their effort and performance to contribute to Vista Residences. The hosts recognized and awarded the President's Cup Holder and the Top Business Partner for Q4 of 2022, the Vista Land Elite, headed by the VP of Sales, Mr. Guillermo Tolentino III. They achieved and exceeded their target and showed exemplary performance in Upbringing the Vista Residences' goals to provide Filipinos and investors with the best quality condominium homes.

The marketing department also presented exclusive promos, discounts, and incentives for the networks and buyers for Quarter 1 of 2023. They also mentioned the semi-annual raffle promo for its business partners, which are (5) winners of 50,000, one (1) winner of a Trip to Japan for Two people, and one (1) winner of the semi-annual grand prize of Php 500,000 cash.
