Quarterly, Vista Residences organizes an Awarding and Sales Kickoff this 2022. They launched the President's Circle, an exclusive membership quarterly to recognize the best sellers and performers who went beyond their efforts and support to help Vista Residences to the Top!
This Third Quarter, Vista Residences Inc. presents "Race to the Finish Line: An Evening of Opportunities" last October 6, 2022, at Palazzo Verde in Las Pinas City. They unveiled the grand raffle promo for 2022, the Ford Territory, and their newest pre-selling project in Boracay.

They invited the Ford Team from Bonifacio Global City, who was present during the event, to let the attendees feel and get a hold of the Brand New Ford Territory they can own this 2022. In the latter part of the program, they surprised the audience with light dancers before they uncovered the newest pre-selling condo in Boracay.
With all the surprises Vista Residences Inc. brings, the star of the night is their Business Partners, Sellers, and brokers who conquered the challenges and went beyond their target to prove they can be on Top. From Business Consultants and Managers to Business Unit Heads. They were also able to award special citations to Business Partners and Groups who could reach their target but were not able to be on Top but went beyond their target for the Third Quarter of 2022.

Additionally, they have a special award for the night, which is the Best Dress Awardee. The winner of the best dress of the night, Ms. Jennifer Layug, has shown the best outfit that is in line with the theme of the event.
Aside from the Business Partners and Sellers present at the event, the Management Committee (MANCOMM) of Vista Residences was headed by its Division Head, Ms. Eda Tambologan. They were present to celebrate and award the top performers, and they recognized all the awardees' hard work and efforts.
The event was concluded by the Division Head, Ms. Eda Tambologan, who expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the top performers since January and, of course, the last Third Quarter of 2022. She mentioned that despite all the challenges, rain or shine. Their business partners' hard work and perseverance still prevail to bring unending sales to Vista Residences.
