Residences named their top sales partners in the recently concluded Annual
Awards titled Phenomenal: A Night of
Prestige and Distinction.
Hosted in Palazzo Verde, Vista Alabang, Las Piñas, Vista Residences awarded sales partners whose phenomenal performance in 2022 exceeded expectations, from reservation, booked, and contracted sales. Longtime members of the sales organizations affiliated with the premier developer of Vista Land were also honored on the event.
Ms. Eda B. Tambologan, Division Head of Vista Residences, gratefully acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the sales partners the past year, mentioning that going above and beyond post-pandemic success as a major player in condominium development was a daring task for the group. However, through the hard work of each and every sales partner, their teamwork, and their determination to rise above the challenge have enabled Vista Residences gone further than imagined.
The founder and chairman of Vista Land, Mr. Manny B. Villar, also graced the occasion, noting in his speech that the milestones reached by the sales partners and the current developments of Vista Residences are just the beginning. He mentioned that only will the company expand its geographic reach, but will also improve and innovate its products to adapt to the demand of the markets.

These extraordinary partners were awarded plaques that signify their skills and success as sellers of Vista Residences which only offers the best quality condominiums in the Philippines. A handful of these partners were also recognized to be in the “President’s Circle”, in which only the best of the best sales partners would have the honor to be included. There were also special awards given to other business partners who exemplified hardwork and dedication to provide the top condo homes to global Filipinos.
Mr. Jhamil Villanueva of Idol PH charmed the audience with his lovely renditions of classic Filipino songs while sets of raffle dotted the program. Winners were treated to an iPad Air and PHP 10,000.00 in cash.

The conclusion of Phenomenal: A Night of Prestige and Distinction was filled with stories of dedication, inspiration, and of triumph for the sales partners but what truly makes the event worthy of the word is story of Vista Residences sales partners coming together towards achieving one goal.
