Vogue Philippines is expected to launch this September 2022 under the partnership of Condé Nast and MEGA Global Licensing, Inc.; the sister company of One MEGA Group and is known for its well-known magazines here in the Philippines like MEGA Magazine, Lifestyle Asia, BluPrint, OneMEGA.com, and Modern Parenting.
On MEGA’s website, Markus Grindel, Managing Director of Condé Nast said: “We’re thrilled to launch our 29th edition of Vogue in the Philippines, a country with a growing luxury fashion market and a vibrant creative scene. The title will launch as a digital-first media brand with a monthly print edition and will serve as an exciting addition to our global Vogue network.”
Vogue Philippines is said to launch its monthly prints, digital, and social media platforms to “showcase the country’s rich culture, diversity, and incredible talent in fashion and beauty.” This is a great chance for the country’s fashion industry especially that Filipinos will get a chance to put a Filipino perspective in one of the world’s famous fashion magazines.
The arrival of Vogue in the Philippines is a clear mark of the country’s constant rise as a key player in international and luxury fashion. Just as described by MEGA, “Philippines Fashion is experiencing Bold Resurgence”, especially because of the growing industry of e-commerce and expansion of well-known luxury brands here in the country.
