Ate Rica’s Bacsilog started in Taft near De La Salle University-Manila as a humble mobile food cart by the founder Rica Penalosa. It began as a hole-in-the-wall eatery near Taft La Salle, where students on a budget would flock to during lunch hours
After some time, they opened a permanent stall in Agno located at the back side of DLSU. In April 2015, they extended their service to Espanya to cater to the students in UST.
